Renovation of Epsilon Room

We made steady progress renovating Epsilon this past Winter term. GMT decided to renovate all of Epsilon since it was already torn apart due to the damage from the car that crashed into the house last September. Closets and lofts have been removed. Undergrads also installed a sump pump under Epsilon with drain tile that runs all the way under Kappa and Zeta.
